Accounts and Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Subscriptions, Fees, and Payment
Certain features require a paid subscription, billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to circumvent access controls, scraping or reselling content, submitting unlawful or harmful content, or using the Services in any way that could damage, disable, or impair them.

The chatbot and related tools use third-party AI models to generate responses. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information, and should always be verified against primary sources, current guidelines, and your own professional judgment before being relied upon.
No Guarantee of Certification or Exam Results
We make no guarantee that use of the Services will result in passing any board examination or obtaining any certification. Practice questions and study content are designed to support preparation and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the American Board of Radiology, the American Board of Science in Nuclear Medicine, or any other certifying body.

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services (such as our merchandise shop or payment processor). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.
